METHODS OF PAYMENT

At John Robert White, P.A., we offer competitive rates and a wide variety of payment options. We accept payments by cash, check, debit card, and money order. We also gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For our clients who are members of U.S. Armed Services, we also accept military allotment.

For most legal matters, we request a retainer fee to be paid in advance before we undertake representation. The amount is dependent upon our review and evaluation of the case and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

For matters that are expected to be ongoing over the course of several months or longer, we offer a discounted rate if the monthly payment of our fee is guaranteed with a credit card. This discount, which has proven very popular with our clients, allows us to charge the client’s credit card for payment in full on the fifth business day following the mailing of our monthly statements which usually occurs on the last business day of each month.
